Sales
Manager, Vic has
26 years experience as a production and sales engineer. Vic is responsible
for all outside and inside sales for the Tooling and Pattern Divisions. He
is also Mold Masters "Lean Champion".

Finance
Manager, Anna is
responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, costing
and budgeting. She brings over 20 years of experience to Mold
Masters.

JAMES MCMULLEN

IT
Manager/Systems Administrator, Jim has
been with us for 23 years. He is responsible for all aspects of computer
technology. He maintains an efficient and protected network. He manages all
data transfers to and from our customers. His responsibilities also include
the maintenance of all CAD/CAM software applications.

RICH MORGANTI
JEFF LEBRETON
|
Engineering Design Manager, Rich has over 15 years of experience in the airfoil
investment casting industry. Starting as an apprentice in 1995, becoming a
lead tool maker in 2000. In 2006 moved into engineering from the shop
floor.
Programming Manager Jeff has
16 Years experience and is responsible for managing programming and
operations of our CNC Department.

RON KERN
|
Engineering
Manager, Ron has
been at Mold Masters for 21 years. He has worked his way from apprentice
to lead tool maker. And in 2009 has been promoted to tool room supervisor.
He oversees all departmental operations on the shop floor. In 2012 was
appointed our Pattern Division Engineering Manager and our Tooling Division
General Manager.

DAVE KATTMAN

Engineering
Sales Consultant, Dave
comes to Mold Masters Intl. with 40 years experience in design of complex
engine and hardware parts. Dave has designed and managed the most complex
jet engine parts ever produced. He also has contributed to some of the
latest design innovations in airfoil and related tooling.

RAY
JONAITIS

Operations Manager Pattern Div. Ray
brings 20 years of experience in various areas of Lean Manufacturing,
Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Strategic Operations, and Planning. He has
a Masters Degree from Cleveland State University with certifications
in the following: Zenger Miller Supervisor Training – 7 Habits
for Highly Effective People – 16PF. Select the Best – Six Sigma – Managing
