We want you to feel comfortable dealing with Mold Masters Int'l. This page is to let you know a little about our staff of which we are so proud to have working with us. Below is a short bio of each member of our upper management team, meant for you to see our knowledge and experience. Each member of this team is here to help you, our customer.

	JIM ALLEN	Chairman CEO, Jim has over 28 years of experience as an owner and manager of manufacturing companies. He is responsible for all operations of the business.

	GEORGE GOODRICH	President, George is responsible for all aspects of customer relations. Pulling from his numerous years in the airfoil industry, George utilizes his experience to assure a successful future for Mold Masters Intl., our customers, and employees.

	VIC SIROTEK	Sales Manager, Vic has 26 years experience as a production and sales engineer. Vic is responsible for all outside and inside sales for the Tooling and Pattern Divisions. He is also Mold Masters "Lean Champion".

	ANNA GENNERT	Finance Manager, Anna is responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, costing and budgeting. She brings over 20 years of experience to Mold Masters.

	JAMES MCMULLEN	IT Manager/Systems Administrator, Jim has been with us for 20 years. He is responsible for all aspects of computer technology. He maintains an efficient and protected network. He manages all data transfers to and from our customers. His responsibilities also include the maintenance of all CAD/CAM software applications.

	GERALD STERLE	Engineering Mgr., Jerry is our engineering liaison between our engineering department and our customers. He has 37 years of design and manufacturing experience at Mold Masters Intl. He is experienced in plastic, wax, and ceramic.

	RON KERN	Shop Supervisor, Ron has been at Mold Masters for 18 years. He has worked his way from apprentice to lead tool maker. And in 2009 has been promoted to tool room supervisor. He oversees all departmental operations on the shop floor.

	DAVE KATTMAN	Engineering Sales Consultant, Dave comes to Mold Masters Intl. with 40 years experience in design of complex engine and hardware parts. Dave has designed and managed the most complex jet engine parts ever produced. He also has contributed to some of the latest design innovations in airfoil and related tooling.

	KIRK NIELSON	General Manager Pattern Div. Kirk, with over 20 years experience in airfoil tooling and patterns, compliments our team of experienced leaders in the industry.
