Engineering: Design and Programming
With 10 CAD
stations with Siemens UGS NX6, we have the capacity to review and design
any and all airfoil tooling, including single wax dies, multi-vane single
shot dies, single and multi-pull core dies and all related tooling,
fixtures and gages. We have the ability to receive and translate data
to-and-from customers on almost any format. This includes the ability
to digitize from mylar charts, an art long-lost in most shops.
Three-dimensional capability is an absolute must in today's fast-paced,
fast-turn-around industry. All our engineers have excellent
three-dimensional experience and use it to the benefit of our customers by
designing a more accurate die, and reducing costs. Our CADD systems
allow quick, accurate and easy transition from design to machining.

Tooling: Machining and EDM
The latest in CNC
machinery allows us to reduce the design-to-production time while
manufacturing more accurate tooling. Multiple CNC, EDM sinker and EDM
wirecut machines, dozens of 3-axis milling machines and turning machines,
grinders and more, allow us to get the job done...accurately and with the
proven fastest turn-around time in the business. CMM and comparator
equipment ensure correct tooling, the first time. EDM sinkers allow
us to inspect the carbons before the steel is machined. Our
experienced bench hands assure a tight, accurate fit every time.
