Engineering:
Design and Programming
With eleven CADD station seats, we have the
capacity to review and design any and all airfoil tooling, including single wax
dies, multi-vane single shot dies, single and multi-pull core dies and all
related tooling, fixtures and gages. We have the ability to receive and
translate data to-and-from customers on almost any format. This includes
the ability to digitize from mylar charts, an art long-lost in most shops.
Three-dimensional capability is an absolute must in today's fast-paced,
fast-turn-around industry. All our engineers have excellent
three-dimensional experience and use it to the benefit of our customers by
designing a more accurate die, and reducing costs. Our CADD systems allow
quick, accurate and easy transition from design to machining.
