Our products are centered around airfoils and related tooling, as well
as medical tooling. Our specialty is investment casting, sometimes called
a 'lost wax' process. Our dies produce plastic, ceramic or wax patterns which are
then processed into metal castings. Mold Masters Intl. takes great pride
in what we've accomplished and in what we do.

Single-shot, or single-squirt, dies are our specialty. From
two-vane to six-vane and larger, from small to large, we have the
special equipment required for accurate tooling essential in these types
of dies. These types of patterns are usually accompanied by
soluble dies, cores, fixtures, setters and gages all of which we are equipped to
handle.

| Entire shrouds? We design all related
tooling, including inner and outer shrouds, airfoil tooling, fixturing,
setters and gages. In fact, our pattern facility specializes in
assembly of wax, ceramic and plastic shroud patterns.

Multi-pull and straight pull dies are another of our
specialties. From the smallest -fingernail size- to some of the
largest in the industry, Mold Masters has seen, and built, all types and
sizes of ceramic core dies. Related tooling including setters,
fixturing and gaging as well.
