Corporate Headquarters
Our Corporate Headquarters is located at 7500 Clover Ave.  Erection of a 5,000 sq. ft. building took place in 1965.  However, with 10,000+ sq. ft. expansions in 1980, 1985 and 1990, this 45,000 sq. ft. facility now houses our tooling and engineering departments.  Originally housed in this building, our wax/plastic pattern division was moved to Tyler Blvd. to accommodate the constant upgrading and expansion of our tooling and engineering departments.  Eleven CADD station seats with state-of-the-art design and machining software now stand in place of our original single-seat system purchased in 1979.  In 1969 we owned two small copper electrode EDM's now replaced with four conventional EDM's, three CNC EDM sinkers and two wirecut CNC machines.  One CNC in 1979 has grown to seven CNC mills today and we have a host of other equipment upgrades and expansions made over the years.

M.M.A.P.C.
Mold Master Airfoil Pattern Company (M.M.A.P.C.) is a 25,000 sq. ft. facility located at 8341 Tyler Blvd.  This division, formed in 1985, was originally housed at the Corporate Headquarters on Clover Ave. and saw the procurement of two 25-ton wax machines from a customer who was closing a mold division. Coincidentally, Mold Masters' President Frank Cichon and General Manager George Goodrich had worked on the original designs and had helped build these wax machines while both were employed at Tempcraft Tool in the early 1960’s.  Two additional wax machines and two Newbury plastic injectors completed the original equipment needs.  Ever expanding tooling and engineering departments at that facility, however, lead to the purchase of the former RBW Technical Support Center in 1993.  A year-and-a-half of remodeling including new floors, roof, parking lot, locker rooms, and lunchroom and the M.M.A.P.C. was opened at its current location.  With four acres of land, this location is adequate to meet the Company’s needs for many years.
